Outfox has arguably the most innovative member benefit nagivation tool on the market. My employer clients struggle to serve their employees with health coverage that feels affordable to members, relevant to their needs and lifestyle, and actually feels satisfying to use. Outfox has done a great job parsing provide contracted rates and mapping to my clients plan designs. So with Outfox in the hands of the member/employee, they can truly understand what their benefits are, identify the best provider and site of care to meet their clinical needs, and exactly how much it will cost based on their plan design. What this means is that members can avoiding paying exorbitant out of pocket payments (especially on HDHPs) for poor quality providers with inefficiently priced provider rates. Best of all, the employers/insurers save big and provide a valuable tool to they members that makes them happier. I only give a 9/10 because I know the interface is getting better all the time and there's always room for improvement. The team is very receptive to feedback and working with clients to meet their needs.
