All protocols are evidence-based. We use PSI (Parsley Symptom Index) score information (our clinically validated PROM instrument for Telehealth) collected from our patients upon intake and before each visit, to measure symptom burden change and improvement over the course of treatment and care. The PSI has been validated against the self-rated health item (SRH)*.
