Path Forward

Path Forward is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering people — especially parents and caregivers — to return to the paid workforce after taking time off for caregiving. It partners with employers to design and launch 'returnships,' paid mid-career work programs for professionals with career gaps. Path Forward has built returnship programs with more than 100 companies, including Walmart, Netflix, Audible, Apple, PayPal, and SAP, graduating over 700 participants with an 80% conversion rate to full-time roles.
