Progyny’s model is designed to promote early intervention for underlying health risks that impact fertility and reproductive health. With day-one support from Progyny Care Advocates (PCAs) and access to the most robust fertility network in the nation, members can expect concierge quality care and best practice treatments.

Fertility care begins with our preconception program – targeting risks for the best fertility and pregnancy experience. Members will have access to coaches, registered nurses specialized in helping member improve nutrition, stress, and lifestyle factors. Because of these efforts, about half the members who engage in our preconception program are able to resolve issues before moving on to fertility treatment.

If moving on to treatment, members will be able to select their provider from Progyny’s curated fertility network. Due to the managed nature of our network, we receive outcomes directly from providers about the members they are treating. Our Smart Cycle design simplifies the process, reducing stress for members at pivotal moments.

For those who ultimately require fertility treatment, Progyny's benefit design, known as the Smart Cycle, provides access to a full suite of treatment options. This includes everything from Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) and In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) to preimplantation genetic testing and fertility preservation.
