SitterSync is a mobile platform that helps working families get more value from their dependent care benefits — particularly Dependent Care FSAs — by providing the payment, receipt, and compliance infrastructure for care from providers they already know and trust.

Unlike open marketplaces that help families discover new caregivers, SitterSync supports the caregiving relationships families already have: their regular babysitters, trusted neighbors, family members, and church community. Employees invite their own caregivers into a closed network, then use the app to book care, process payments, and automatically generate IRS-compliant receipts for DCFSA reimbursement.
