Snapshot is a subsidiary of Video Modify, a media technology company founded in 2014. After producing over 250,000 personalized health videos annually in partnership with a national onsite clinic provider, the team launched Snapshot Health in 2023 to bring this innovation directly to employers.

Founded by Robert Kurtz, an early pioneer in Internet TV and live mobile broadcasting. He invented the first mobile live broadcasting device and played a role in streaming major global events with CBS. He brings his expertise and innovation to preventive healthcare.

Snapshot is led by COO Ann Stoeppelwerth, a veteran of CareATC and Aetna, and Director of Sales John Brenneman, who oversees client growth and retention.
