ThrivePass is a full benefits suite with three focuses: TPA services, wellbeing, and rewards & recognition. Employers can choose different service components a la carte and expand the program as objectives evolve. Employees access all aspects through one account. The TPA side includes digital administration of HSA, FSA, HRA, commuter benefits, and COBRA. The wellbeing component includes the Wellness Savings Account (WSA).
