ThrivePass is a full benefits suite with three focuses: TPA services, wellbeing, and rewards & recognition. Employers can choose different service components a la carte and expand the program as objectives evolve. Employees access all aspects through one account. The TPA side includes digital administration of HSA, FSA, HRA, commuter benefits, and COBRA. The wellbeing component includes the Wellness Savings Account (WSA).

– The WSA is automated wellbeing stipend software. Employers will define the parameters of the program, i.e. what wellbeing means to their company. Employees then utilize employer-provided funds on our discounted marketplace, or apply for reimbursements.

Integrations with Wishlist Rewards provide an automated solution to employee rewards and recognition programs. They provide a simple way for companies to show appreciation and recognize great work. WR help our clients connect to their employees through rewards with local experiences.
