UAW Legal Plan

The UAW-FCA-Ford-General Motors Legal Services Plan is a Taft-Hartley trust plan providing personal legal services to eligible active and retired UAW-represented employees at Stellantis (FCA), Ford, and General Motors, along with surviving spouses. Original plan established 1978 through UAW and Big Three collective bargaining, replaced by a new plan (per 2015 bargaining) beginning January 25, 2017. Services include office legal work (wills, trusts, deeds, powers of attorney, uncontested family matters, name changes, real estate transactions) and full representation for Social Security disability applications. Governed by a 12-member board; operates 23 offices across 11 states.
