Lightpath, Verily Group's advanced care management program, will pair a specialty clinical care team of licensed providers with the digital tools of apps, devices and AI to offer a highly personalized and dynamic approach.

Lightpath offers three program tiers for metabolic health (including diabetes) and weight loss management: Intensive, Improvement and Achievement.

All three tiers will focus on supporting long-term behavioral changes, including tailored nutrition, movement, medication adherence and mental and behavioral health strategies supported by our AI Companion. Clinical care team visits are included in our program pricing and do not incur additional charges. Depending on the tier and member need, pharmacists are available to help assess barriers to medication adherence.
