Everything we do at Sonic Boom is centered on driving daily health-habit improvement – helping members improve their quality of life day-over-day, year-over-year. We drive social contagion, because social interaction creates greater engagement and sustainability. And our focus on real gamification (with innovative, stimulating game mechanics – far beyond simple “most X wins” contests) draws people into the program, even in the absence of incentives. We introduce ever-evolving gaming mechanics to create ongoing excitement, energy, accountability, inspiration, and motivation. We predict and respond quickly to market/client demands with nimble, forward-thinking innovation, and approach the individual in a holistic way, addressing unlimited facets of wellbeing (nutrition. stress, financial, physical, etc.). And we’re committed to white-glove service, saving clients time and energy while creating raving fans of the program (and improving health habits, shifting client cultures for the better).

Value Proposition

Everyone’s talking about engagement, which is often defined as a one-time login or completion of a one-time activity (e.g., biometric screening) to earn an incentive. Sonic Boom is the first and only platform focused on consistent, sustained engagement in daily health-habit improvement through social interactions, gamification, competition, cooperation, and praise/recognition. It’s flexible, configurable, relevant, and unique for each member.

We tailor our Value-on-Investment approach based on each client’s specific goals for the program. While YOY risk reduction is an ideal long-term goal for any wellness program (we can facilitate this analysis when screenings are completed by participants over the course of a few years), we focus on so much more when determining the value of our program. We regularly receive anecdotal Sonic Success Stories (SSS) from members who have lost weight, gone off their meds, stopped smoking, gained energy to play with their kids/grandkids, and more. We monitor and report on various engagement statistics (far beyond logging in just to get an incentive) and analyze survey results to determine the effectiveness of our program over time (is morale higher? … productivity boosted? … retention improved? … fewer sick days? … coworkers more connected and engaged? … stress levels down?).
