Brightside

Brightside was the idea of the late Shawn Leavitt, an innovator in employer benefits who passed away suddenly in March 2020. Studying the tremendous cost of financial stress, he knew that the data he was seeing on the increased healthcare costs, lost workdays, and lost productivity driven by financial stress was just part of the story. He knew from his own experiences the personal stories that were behind that data. Today, we are carrying on Shawn’s vision by partnering with innovative employers to give families the financial care they need.
