Brightside’s model blends human support, technology, behavioral science, and navigation to unbiased solutions. At the center of our model are dedicated Financial Assistants, who help employees navigate complex financial needs, from emergencies to long-term goals, without making money from the solutions offered.
Brightside currently works with 13 employers, including two Fortune 10 companies, covering over 950,000 employees. Our Financial Assistants speak English and Spanish, and we support over 250 languages via translation. We deliver strong outcomes for employers, including 40% reductions in turnover, $1,200 in after-tax value per family served, and engagement levels between 6% and 50%, depending on employer communications.
