A carrier sees only its own medical claims. We see those alongside point solution engagement, wellbeing activity, Care Guide history, and incentive participation, segmented daily across the full population. That finds members who are not yet in a health event and would not think to call, before they become costly, and puts a specific next action in front of each one. When a member needs care, SmartMatch ranks options against 240 quality metrics from 30 datasets, weighted to the care sought. When a question needs a person, our AI hands it to a Care Guide with the context already in hand, so the member does not start over. For employers who want a clinical home, Vera adds advanced primary care through 29 owned centers.

Conductor is where employers find out which of their benefits are working. Most vendors report on what they administer. Conductor measures the whole investment on one surface, so when we steer someone into a partner program, the partner's data comes back into the same record. Benefits leaders make the change from the same screen instead of filing a request. A program that underperforms in March gets fixed in March.

A large public sector employer saved $11M in year one and moved 1,100 members into primary care. A regional health system recovered $4.3M at 3:1 ROI steering members into its own network. Across our book of business in 2025, 58% of eligible members registered, 34% used the platform monthly, and 76% returned the following year.
