Ernst & Young LLPs EY Personal Finance practice has significant experience in designing and implementing financial wellness programs for diverse organizations and employee groups. Since 1978, we have provided these services for approximately 5 million employees in more than 250 organizations. While the majority are long running programs focused on providing comprehensive financial wellness support to the full employee population, we also provide short term, event driven services (i.e.: benefit choice or change, new hire assistance, severance counseling, relocation assistance, late career support, etc.). We offer these services to a range of diverse organizations – from large multinational corporations in financial services, pharmaceutical, technology and energy industries to nonprofit member service organizations and government entities.
