Kilter Rewards

Kilter Rewards allows employers to donate to employee charities of choice every time the employee completes a healthy daily activity, like exercise, go to the gym, or volunteer their time.

Employees gain access to a simple, easy-to-use mobile application that allows them to check in at their gym or connected the fitness tracking apps and devices they already use when they exercise. Once the employee reaches a set activity threshold (e.g. 10,000 steps, 30 min gym workout, 2+ mile run, etc.), Kilter seamlessly rewards the completed activity with a donation calculation to the charity the employee chooses as well as points the employee can use to redeem for personal rewards, which may be offered by the employer (e.g. a gift card) or by 3rd party vendors (e.g. a discount on produce at a grocery store).

In addition to employee personal gain, Kilter Rewards works to create an easy to use platform for the employer that encourages and sets challenges, and pulls in metrics to review participation and other analytics.
