Working with self-funded employers across the country, Ochsner Connected Health provides evidence-based care to employees and their dependets: Driving excellent clinical outcomes with results in obesity, diabetes and hypertension management. We compete with the venture-funded players but since we are a not-for-profit, academic health system we are able to deliver several key components that no other nationally available vendor can match.
