Pomelo is an on-demand licensed medical practice that provides multispecialty care for women and children from preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, to broader women’s healthcare for (peri)menopause and long-term preventive and condition management. Our fully-employed, integrated care teams include OB providers (OB/GYN, midwives), maternal fetal medicine specialists, pediatric providers, certified lactation consultants, mental health specialists, dietitians, doulas, menopause society certified providers, and endocrinologists allowing us to provide whole-person care for women and children.

Our team-based model delivers holistic, proactive, and evidence-based care via SMS, telephone, video, and/or in our mobile app. Patients are empaneled to a dedicated care team that provides a continuous and connected experience, with data integrations that enable us to coordinate with a patient’s in-person providers. We have a proven track record of improving key health outcomes as demonstrated in peer-reviewed studies , including reducing NICU admissions, NICU lengths-of-stay, ER utilization, menopausal symptom reduction, and total cost of care.
