WebMD's Lifestyle Coaching program uses a proactive engagement and outreach strategy that successfully engages individuals across all risk levels and stages of readiness to change. WebMD Health Coaches tailor each interaction to the individual and utilize several methodologies to ensure they are providing them with a behavior change plan that is most fitting for their situation. WebMD’s health and nurse coaches maintain the industry’s highest credentials and receive ongoing training that allows them to support each participant using a true “whole person” approach, including targeting them for 12 key modifiable health risks and also the identification and support of external factors that may lead to poor health. Along with placing emphasis on these health risks, our coaches also provide support for the full gamut of scenarios that are presented to them, including self-care, breastfeeding, meal planning, family fitness, recovery, setting up a home gym, balancing family screen time, training to run a 5K and so many others.
