Wellspring EAP is a social enterprise division of Wellspring Family Services—a Pacific Northwest based nonprofit 501(c) (3) agency whose mission is to build emotionally healthy, self-sufficient families, and a non-violent community in which they can thrive.
For 38 years, Wellspring EAP has been committed to providing meaningful solutions to work and life challenges that help employers and employees focus on what matters most to them – at work, and in their personal lives.

We serve organizations of all sizes— ranging from large, multi-national corporations, to small family businesses—spanning many different industries. Our book of business includes over 1800 companies headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, with locations and operations scattered around the United States and the world.
