Level was founded in 2018 by Paul Aaron, an early employee at Square. We began by modernizing the dental and vision space, designing and administering clear, flexible plans that allowed employees to spend their benefit dollars as easily as cash. We’ve continued to build our platform to include a robust suite of benefit offerings, including LSAs, Mental Health HRA, Medical Travel EAP, and Gender Affirmation HRA — all easily accessed by employees with the Level App and Level Card.
