The system is engineered specifically to manage the complexities of health insurance premium administration while maintaining high availability and security.
Call Center Support
Our U.S.-based COBRA call center provides knowledgeable support for qualified beneficiaries and employers. Staff are trained on product designs and COBRA requirements, with cross-trained resources available during peak times. Standard service hours are 5 a.m.–5 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Member Portal
Qualified beneficiaries can manage their COBRA benefits online, including:
Making elections or adjusting coverage for themselves and dependents
Paying one-time or recurring premiums by credit card, debit card, or ACH
Viewing communications and setting delivery preferences
Accessing payment history and updating personal information
Employer Portal
Employers have 24/7 access to real-time COBRA and Direct Billing activity. Features include:
Adding Qualified Beneficiaries, Direct Billing Members, and New Hires
Viewing plan details, rates, and coverage elections
Accessing notification history and importing files
Running standard and accounting reports on demand
