Maripossa Wellness, is an educational company that teaches individuals and organizations self-awareness and self-empowerment through experiential learning.
MARIPOSSA Wellness awakens self-awareness by rejuvenating the individuals’ mind-body connection and in so doing, facilitating a shift toward healthier daily behavior.
Our integrative, immersive instruction serves to educate, train, and empower participants to acquire these powerful tools through experiential learning.
In this way, MA ...RIPOSSA gives individuals the ability to address and relieve symptoms of stress including chronic pains, exhaustion, anxiety, insomnia, and depression—all on their own. Results include increasing feelings of groundedness, relaxation, and energy; as well as improved productivity and professional performance, and reduced instances of workplace burnout.
The Maripossa Wellness sessions include movements, stretching and mindful breathing techniques to re-align the mind and body. Participants will leave a session feeling balanced, mentally and physically refreshed and more resilient.
Overtime, a practice will be developed which can be incorporated into the workday, into a commute and/or at home.
