Rethink First was founded in 2008 with a simple goal of providing scalable autism treatment training tools and caregiver support to an underserved population in need.

In 2014, Rethink launched its Employer solution, RethinkCare (formerly known as Rethink Benefits), and enterprise organizations across the US started to take note of the incredible tools and trainings available to support working parents and caregivers of developmentally challenged children.

Today, the RethinkCare platform has expanded to holistically support any working parent, caregiver and their family. RethinkCare offers three award-winning solutions to support employees in all aspects of their life, from work to home and everything in between.
