OneVillage is the front door to employee health. Employees and their families get one confidential place to go for care navigation, insurance and claims advocacy, help choosing a health plan, and virtual visits with clinicians and specialists across 35 areas, from cancer and heart health to menopause, eldercare and financial health.
A named navigator stays with each member from the first question until the member says the issue is resolved. Nurse navigators and in-house insurance experts find and book in-network care, arrange expert medical opinions, and fix bills and appeals. We load each client's plan documents and benefit vendors at launch, so members are routed to the benefits the employer already pays for.
Employers see a 3.5x average return in year one, 45% year-one utilization, 94% member satisfaction, an NPS of 90 and 96% client renewal. Launch takes two weeks and under 45 minutes of HR time. Employees pay $0 out-of-pocket, and support is available 24/7, including crisis escalation.
One PEPM covers the full product: navigation, insurance and claims advocacy, plan decision support, clinicians and specialists, and family members, with no caps. Preferred partner rates are $7.25 PEPM for under 100 employees, $6.50 for 101-250, $6.00 for 251-500, $5.50 for 501-750 and $5.00 for 751-1,000, with custom quotes above 1,000.
