We offer a personalized health experience. Our platform includes features like multi-day journeys, challenges, and check-ins, all with real-time support from human Well Guides. These guides include licensed nurses, coaches, pharmacists, and social workers who build trusted, long-term relationships with members.
At the core of the experience is our proprietary AI Health Engine, which continuously learns from each member’s clinical and behavioral data to recommend the “next right actions” and optimize incentive levels in real time. Our unique dynamic incentives model ensures that each point value is personalized based on behavior, clinical value, and engagement history.
To keep the experience fresh and effective, our Intervention Design Lab (IDL) deploys hundreds of targeted interventions annually. This multidisciplinary team monitors micro-trends, detects disengagement, and swiftly rolls out evidence-based updates through a rapid-cycle innovation model, ensuring the program evolves with member needs.
