AbleTo is the pioneering provider of high-quality behavioral health care—delivered virtually from the comfort, privacy, and convenience of your home. AbleTo was founded in 2008 and began treating members in 2010. Our mission is simple: Empower people to get better and stay better.
AbleTo has a suite of behavioral health programs that collectively cover a broad range of behavioral health issues across the spectrum and complexity of needs for individuals 18 years and older. All programs are grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), are delivered virtually, and are eight weeks in duration.
