Boon is a leadership coaching platform built to develop people at every level of a company, from first-time employees to the C-suite.

Every employee can book confidential 1:1 coaching through Boon Scale. New and rising managers build core skills in Boon Grow, a six-month program with a peer cohort. Senior leaders work with Boon Exec coaches who have held similar seats, and Boon Together brings teams into workshops and cohort programs.

Each coach is ICF-accredited and hand-matched to the person they coach. Session content stays private, while HR sees adoption, themes and skill growth at the program level.
