Carrot Fertility

Carrot was founded in 2016 by Tammy Sun, our CEO, after she underwent costly cryopreservation services and received sub-par medical support from her care team. Our mission is to provide lifelong fertility services to all, regardless of age, sex, gender identity, marital status, geographic location, or sexual orientation. Our members receive support from early stages of exploration to fertility/infertility services (inclusive of adoption and gestational carrier journeys) through pregnancy and eventually menopause and low-testosterone support. Carrot's best-in-class solution focuses on early indicators and preventative health throughout every stage of a member's journey, and includes expert care navigation, unlimited Telehealth access, community support resources, low-cost Rx solution, and claims adjudication and reimbursement platform. We strive for parity in every member offering with a focus on global support, serving more than 130 countries and guiding our employer customers through cost-of-care conversions, multi-currency reimbursements, translation needs, and the incredibly complex laws and regulations associated with fertility care across every country and region in which we operate.
