Healthee

Healthee has been one of the most valuable investments my company has made to support our employees with their medical care. I've rarely come across a vendor who continually strives to meet client demands. Healthee's ability to flex and respond to our feedback and the enhancements and features we've seen as a result far surpassed our expectations.

Great app, very easy to navigate through, our employees find it useful. Zoe is very informative and there's always an actual Healthee team member behind the scenes, to assist, if at all needed. We love the price transparency and the ease of finding care for our healthcare needs. Rated "9" because we want to see more features coming in the future :)

We started working with Healthee for Open Enrollment two years ago and were able to consolidate two other vendors into the Healthee platform, saving money and bandwidth. We moved our benefits comparison and decision maker tool as well as our telemedicine mental health provider. We were even able to sunset our benefits@ alias as Healthee has an AI service called, Zoe, that answered all of our employees benefits questions, including questions about leave of absence. The navigation tool makes finding information so much easier for employees and their family members. The significant drop in time to support employees with urgent questions was worth the transition to Healthee alone, but with all the added capabilities Healthee has been such a value-add to our organization I can't imagine functioning without them. The implementation and support team at Healthee were easy to work with (and the speed in which we got up and running meant I could move onto other things before the end of the year) and with new features and services being added to Healthee all the time, the benefits of having them on board keep stacking up. Adding Healthee was one of the best decisions I made while working at my organization and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Can't say enough good things about the entire team there and what a great product they've built to make my job running benefits so much easier. My entire team has had more bandwidth to finish projects and start news ones and the executive team couldn't be happier with all that we have accomplished in the last two years (my 18 month roadmap turned into 12 months given all the extra support Healthee provided). Excited to continue the partnership with Healthee and to have them continue to support my employees with their health objectives. They're truly a one-stop-shop for our employees and benefits is a little less of a mystery than it was before. It's hard to know exactly what you need and when, and whether your employer offers support in that area or not, but with Healthee figuring that out became just a little bit easier. 10/10 will renew and would bring them on board to my next gig!
