Founded in 2021, Healthee is an AI-native healthcare navigation platform built to help employees make better healthcare decisions. Unlike traditional navigation solutions that have added AI over time, Healthee was designed from the ground up with AI at its core. Our platform combines advanced AI with real-time benefits data, configurable business logic, and human expertise (clinical and non-clinical) to deliver personalized guidance, proactive engagement, and intelligent navigation across the healthcare ecosystem to support members in staying healthy.

Healthee supports employers with diverse workforces and complex benefits ecosystems, integrating with health plans, carriers, point solutions, Centers of Excellence, and other employer-sponsored programs. Our flexible platform enables employers to tailor navigation experiences for different populations while providing members with a single, connected experience across their benefits. Our client base is broad, with over 12,000 employers and range in size to hundreds of thousands of employees.

Our mission is simple - make access to a healthier life effortless, and services include AI-driven benefits navigation & guidance, telehealth access through Doctegrity (covering general medicine, dermatology, and other specialties), and tools that help HR teams reduce support burden while improving employee understanding and utilization of the benefits they already have.
