How to Calculate Net Pay?

1) Gross Pay Deductions

Hourly pay rate x guaranteed weekly hours = weekly gross pay 

Knowing the weekly gross income enables them to calculate the monthly payments by multiplying by four and the yearly salary by multiplying by 52. One thing to keep in mind is that vacation days must be deducted. 

3) Gross Pay Calculations for Employers
