Pathways at Work is developed and deployed by Pathways, one of America’s largest providers of behavioral health services with over 4500 behavioral health specialists delivering tens of thousands of training and coaching sessions annually.

Our program leverages the expertise of our clinicians and specialists to provide comprehensive programs consistent with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations. The CDC encourages employers to host programs on stress management, depression, alcohol and substance use, sleep, and fatigue. The CDC also recommends that employers provide managers with training to improve their ability to recognize and reduce workplace behavioral health issues.
