Jeffrey Zhou is the co-founder and CEO of Fig Loans, a fintech company dedicated to providing socially responsible financial products to underbanked Americans. Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Jeffrey’s entrepreneurial spirit was evident from a young age, with his first ventures starting in middle school. He later attended MIT, where he earned a degree in Chemical Engineering, and was also an All-American swimmer. After completing his MBA at the Wharton School, Jeffrey worked at the Boston Consulting Group before co-founding Fig Loans in 2015. Under his leadership, Fig Loans has been at the forefront of innovative financial solutions, such as the Fig36 program, which partners with nonprofits to offer credit-building services to underserved communities. Jeffrey’s work at Fig is driven by a mission to bridge the gap from bad to good credit, ensuring financial empowerment for all​.
